Non-Profit Group For Becoming A

1. Register Your Group - We ask the same questions as if you were an individual. However, instead of listing your name as first and last, you should include the group name (eg: St. Paul's) in the First Name space on the form. You are only allot 10 spaces for the first name, so if say your organization were actually St. Paul's Church, you would abbreviate your group as simply St. Paul's. In the space for the Last Name, you should type the words "NP Affiliate".
2. Address, City, ST and Zip - These spaces are for the official mailing address of your organization. The same holds true for group's phone and fax numbers.
3. Social Security Number - In this space we would like you to type the following configuation, which will indicate to us your status as a non-profit group: 777-88-7777. We will contact you directly regarding the official paper work surrounding your non-profit status.
4. Complete The Remainder of The Application - answering all questions asked. These questions pertain really to individuals signing up as sales affiliates, so your answers submitted have no bearing on your group's status as a sales affiliate. You must complete all answers, however, or the system will not accept your application.
5. You'll Receive Free Business Cards Within 5 Business Days- To pass out to your membership to encourage their participation in this very lucrative fund raising program.
