Print More, Spend Less Product Returns

In the event you received a Print More, Spend Less (PMSL) product that:

· You found to be defective; or
· You were not completely satisfied with its overall performance levels, then;

PMSL asks that you complete each of the five product return steps listed below to receive your choice of a new replacement for the defective product or a full refund. PMSL limits its liability to replacing the defective item or issuing a refund equal to the net amount PMSL originally charged for its purchase (including all company discounts that were honored during the shopping cart check out phase of that particular transaction) and less any shipping charges.

In the event you simply ordered the wrong product by mistake, PMSL reserves the right to charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total invoice not including delivery charges or taxes or a flat fee of $15 - whichever is greater. You still must follow the five return steps listed below to receive the balance of your refund.

You Can Receive a Full Refund Up To 30 Days From The Date of Original Purchase:

All five steps must be completed within the company's 30-day (calendar days) money back guarantee period, which begins the date the defective item was originally purchased.

Remanufactured and compatible cartridges are warranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 30-day warranty period. Re-manufactured ink cartridges must contain no less than 75% of the original ink capacity. Sorry, but we do not assume responsibility to damage of the printhead/circuitry assembly due to improper handling. Please remove protective tape carefully!

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brand cartridges are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 30-day warranty period. The cartridge must contain no less than 75% of ink capacity and be returned in the original OEM packaging. Sorry, but we do not assume responsibility to damage of the printhead/circuitry assembly due to improper handling. Please remove protective tape carefully!

The PMSL Product Guarantee does not cover the misuse of any PMSL product by the customer, even if such misuse appears unintentional. Improper storage of PMSL products effects the quality and performance levels of many PMSL products, and just like product misuse, will not be covered by our guarantee.

General Rules - Applies To All Returns
1. You Must Follow The Five Required Steps Outlined Below
2. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to the final price paid for the product being returned (final dollar amount paid after all discounts had been deducted).
There are never any refunds on PMSL shipping charges.
3. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any shipping insurance coverage should he/she elect to purchase.

PMSL PRODUCT RETURNS: THE FIVE REQUIRED STEPS

1. Complete the Return Item Questionnaire and Submit to PMSL Returns Department button.

2. Wait for the e-mail reply from the PMSL Returns Department. This e-mail will contain your Returned Item Confirmation Number- - the single most important element used for facilitating the Returns Process. Step 3 will require you reference this number.

3. Pack the defective product carefully (including the product's original box along with the PMSL sales receipt sent to your e-mail address after the original transaction had been successfully completed), and send the package to the PMSL Returns Department address below. PMSL will not reimburse this shipping expense.

Address your package to:
PMSL Returns Department, 957 7th Street, Suite C, Santa Monica, CA 90401
or a secondary warehouse address to be provided in the same email containing your Returned Item Confirmation Number.

PLEASE NOTE: Beneath this address you must add the following line of information or your package will be returned unopened: My Returned Item Confirmation Number Is: THEN INSERT THE ACTUAL RETURNED ITEM CONFIRMATION NUMBER YOU RECEIVED FROM THE PMSL RETURNS DEPARTMENT VIA E-MAIL IN #2.

4. PMSL Returns Dept. will send you a courtesy e-mail notice that your package has been received. This is simply a notice to verify receipt, and offers no further information regarding a PMSL inspection of the defective product. NOTE: Buyer may wish to purchase postal insurance covering the items being returned. PMSL will never be held responsible for any packages which are lost in the mail or never received by the company.

5. The PMSL Returns Dept will inspect the defective product returned within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Following that inspection, you will receive a final PMSL Inspection Report and notes on follow-up. If your original payment on the defective product was made using a credit card, PMSL will post a credit to that account for the exact purchase price of the defective product. If your defective product was paid for by personal check or a money order, PMSL will mail out a check in the amount of the purchase price for the defective product within 10 business days. If you requested a replacement instead of the refunded cost of your defective product, it will be mailed out to you the same day you received the PMSL Inspection Report.

Note: No credit, refund or product replacement will be allowed on defective products where PMSL determined that:

· The defective product was more than 25% used when it was returned to PMSL.
· No original box or PMSL Invoice was included in the package with the defective product being returned.
· Product misuse was obvious after PMSL inspected the defective product returned.
· Improper storage of the product was determined to be the cause of the product defect.
· The warranty period for product type as described above has lapsed.
